- A credit Card is required to book your reservations. your Credit card might be charged 14 days prior to your service date
- Customers paying Cash or Travel Checks must provide us with their credit card info
- All details including Airlines and Flight numbers are required for any Airport reservations
- Airport Arrivals: We constantly monitor the flight arrival information that you provide to us
- Changes can be made by calling our office and speaking with a reservationist or Via e-mail. Please call us (ASAP) if there is a change in your flight information
- Meet & Greet We will meet you upon arrival at the Baggage Claim, just look for our chauffeurs holding a Jet Tours sign with your name on it. If you don't see your driver don't leave, please call us and we will dispatch the driver to meet with you
- Cancellation for (Town Cars, Vans, SUVs & Limousines) must be made at least 48 hours prior to the pick up time
- Cancellation for (Buses & Minibuses) must be made at least 7 days prior to the pick time
- Late Cancellations & No Shows are billed the minimum charge of the vehicle
- All rates, minimums and cancellation policies are subject to change without notice

- Gratuities: All Fares are subject to 20% driver's gratuity
- Waiting Time at the airports: No charge if you meet your driver within the first 45 minutes after the touchdown of all domestic flights or within the first 60 minutes after touchdown of all international flights. Once the grace period has passed, waiting time will be charged by the vehicle's hourly rate, rounding up in half-hour increments starting from the actual landing time.
- Point to Point Transfers: There will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within
the first 15 minutes. Once 15 minutes have past, waiting time will be charged by the vehicle's
hourly rate, rounding up in half-hour increments starting from the scheduled pickup time.
- Liability: Jet Tours Inc is not responsible for items left in our vehicles. We ask you to please check the vehicle before you leave the vehicle. If something is found, it is put into a Lost & Found box in our secure office until it is claimed
